Hacking ISO question

I installed the safe update and the iso with it. Im looking to use Wiigators backup loader. Do i install the iso that is with it. The cISO 249? Thanks

its IOS, not ISO. ISO is an image filetype.

It's probably a good idea to do a search next time you have a question like this, as it will have been answered elsewhere already and you'll only end up getting 'flamed' and called a 'noob'.
