Hacking ISO problem. Help greatly needed.

I used the simple ntfs iso mounter tool and I can't boot any iso. Multiman gives me the compliant error. I found out that it's because I didn't use the official cobra iso converter tool when I converted my iso. Problem is, I don't have the original jb file anymore as I've deleted all of them. Can somebody help? I seriously don't want to download everything again.. I used the rip to iso mass converter application btw. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
