You mount them.
Put it in ms0:/ISO:/VIDEO:/
Then go into the VSH menu and enable the ISO Mount for whatever file, then go back to the XMB, scroll along to video and it should appear as a normal UMD Video, IIRC you need to have a UMD (any) in the PSP though for this to work.

1st you NEED a upto date CFW
2nd you need a 1gb+ MS
3rd you need a WORKING umd drive and a UMD of some kind

now to get it to work
1st put the ISO in the "ms0:/ISO/Video" folder
2nd on the XMB open the VSHmenu
3rd go to mount and pick you ISO file
4th put the UMD in your PSP
5th go the VIDEO on the XMB
6th play your ISO, when the UMD icon show up

The XMB is the main PSP menu. Press 'Select' on it to open up your VSH Menu.

I think that some one should write a Guide to procedure how to watch UMD Video ISO on a PSP with pictures and pin it to this forum to help people, I thought I could do it, no success yet but still trying

1.Start up the PSP.
2.Enter the XMB Menu.
