[Region.NTSC/PAL:] PAL Wii 3.2 & JAP Game (WiiFrii NTSC-J->PAL)
[What cables was you using, Av cables, Hd cables, etc..:] Component Cables
[How well did it work:] Almost perfect
[What kind of issues happened when you used it?] longer loading times, sometimes during play music stops (I think due to dvd slow reading), during cut-scenes sometimes audio is out of sync
[What type of discs did you use?:] Verbatim Advanced Azo DVD+R @2.4x DVD-ROM
[If you know what type of cd burner you have then please put it here:] TSST TS-L632D

[Game name:] The Sims 2 Pets
[Region.NTSC/PAL:] Pal Game, NTSC-US Wii, NTSC-US TV
[What cables was you using, Av cables, Hd cables, etc..:] AV Cables, I think... whatever came with the wii.
[How well did it work:] Boots OK, cant get past menus because of shaking.
[What kind of issues happened when you used it?..:] Video is black and white, entire game has untolarable shaking that makes it impossible to play. Intro video has some audio skipping, but its not unbearable.
[What type of discs did you use?:] Memorox DVD+R 8x
[If it didn't work what errors did you get:] No Errors

I think my shaking may be from using a PAL game on an NTSC TV, does anyone else have this issue that knows a workaround?

No, I havent... I just ran an unmodified ISO through wanikoko's patcher. I'll have to try that when I get some more DVDs.
