Hacking Isn't there a single cli programm to extract psp pkg's ???

I am in need for a PKG Extractor (on Windows ?) that works with commands:
ex. psp-pkg_unpack.exe test.pkg

I searched a lot on Google but I couldn't find anything working.
Is there really no such tool or were my Keywords that I choose not that great ?

Would love if someone could give me a Link (if it doesn't violate the forum rules) or at least give me the name of that tool :d

Edit: I found this package with three tools to extract and decrypt PSP pkg's.
