Is this a scam website? o_o Cause my cousin didnt wanna wait for me to get my debit card so he purchased it first

It's not worth the risk, there are other comapnies based in the US like simplymods and leetmod who are cheaper and have a proven track record. I've not seen anyone post that the've ordered from the website you linked to.

I bet you can get that card there cheaper(I haven't looked)

But I would NOT EVER recommend that site, it seems expensive, and I haven't seen anyone else post a link there either.

It seems legit but upon further research I wouldn't purchase from there. Shameless advertising is one of the signs of a bad site. Use ShopTemp.
