PS: And as far as I know you could say one or two things in a foreign language if the situation requires that and as long as you present your best effort at a translation; that is what I interpret as "we will be lenient on this rule from time to time", it's just common sense, there shouldn't be anything wrong if you just want to write a simple phrase like "¡Bienvenida! ¡Pásala bien!" to salute someone that might speak Spanish in their introduction thread. The same common sense rule would applies if you are trying to help somebody that doesn't speak English so well and you post a couple of words in their language (English translation also included) to help them understand what you are trying to say. Man, rules are not ultra-strict, there's some flexibility to them in some cases, this is not Stalin's Soviet Union.
