I know there is another topic about this but I couldn't find it so I'm just asking is this the correct order for the Wii homebrew?

1.TP Hack/Homebrew Changer
2.Any Region changer to change to 3.2 System Menu
3.Starfall for other region copies and other things
4.And backup loader to play backups.

2. If you are at 3.3v2 or 3.4 this step is more complicated

3. you don't need the starfall region and update settings when you use a backup launcher. You only need the autoboot and the recovery disc option for brick prevention. After installing starfall you should test the zelda autoboot once and always keep the twilight hack save on the wii.

4. The order of the installation of the cIOS and the loader doesn't matter
