XCI2TitleConverter is designed to just shorten the process of loading games through layeredFS

that tool has nothing to do with cart 2.

It doesnt convert cart 2 to normal xci. It lets you convert your xci games to run them with layerdfs

WAINCartDumperNX 0.5 is your best bet but it's no longer leaked.
Try to use gcdumptool and report back (checksum matches BBB release) if it works for you.
