Yes it is, but you need to have a modchip and an earlier SM or be running the game from a USB loader. But if you're running the game from USB loader then your wii is already hacked and it becomes rather pointless.

Perhaps. But it's not a workaround for hacking a PAL wii without wheelie breakers or Lego Indiana Jones...because NTSC games do not work on virgin PAL wii's. So basically: your wii need to be already hacked to region free the thing...and by that time, being able to use the smashstack isn't going to give you anything you don't already have.

If you bothered to click onto the MegaUpload download page, it shows quite clearly that the file name is "balancedbrawl2.zip" or something along those lines. Could have saved a little unnecessary hype
