Yeah, i played this a few months ago... apparently its called something like "Van Gogh Ds" dont know why.
No really much of a language gap... once you get into the drawing phases
That said, it beats any homebrew program, as its basically a colouring in exercise....
not really sure how you save your picture though, but i'd recommend you try it out
