Gaming Is this disk safe?

I am going to upgrade to LT on my Benq drive, and I was checking my MW2 game disk, the splitvid said "Size is too small for SplitVid but writing is disabled, cannot fix!"
I checked other disks and they are fine. Anyone know if its safe to keep playing this when I upgrade? The game is installed on the hard drive, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

I would re-do it. Any error with AGBX (Or whatever the initials are) is a red flag. Any error in the discs means that MS will be able to spot you even more easily.

it is possible that if you have already used this "bad" copy of MW2, that you have already been flagged... maybe.
