I was looking for town designs and came across these lights on the trees and house

Anyone know how this is done

Presumably rom hack, don't think that it's in the game. (And I've played over 800 hours lol)

Yeah it's just Photoshop lol. If it were a ROM hack the lights on each tree would be consistent because they all use the same textures, but it's not. Not to mention there's one tree in the back unaffected

After looking at it properly, it does seem like photoshop . It would be a cool texture hack though.
