Well, it depends.

1) What programs were you running at the time?
2) How sure are you about the stability of your RAM?
3) What antimalware and firewall are you running?
 
have you tried turning it on and off?

really, noone can tell from that picture what that is or if it should be there, how about showing us the folder paths that are cut of in the picture?

also, install malwarebytes antimalware, let that run. it should remove most things viral. if you still notice strange things, in our day and age, the only thing that safely removes what malwarebytes doesnt, is formating the pc and reinstalling windows/linux/whatever
afterwards, don't download random crap from the internet anymore.
 
Start trying to install and run antivirus and anti malware programs. Try avast! or AVG (just one or the other), along with Malwarebytes. You could also check to see if your ISP offers you free antivirus software. If you're using Microsoft Security Essentials, stop, because it's fallen behind a lot in the past few years.
