    anybody heard about this.
    this site has a "3DS Prepaid card code generator"

    it says you have to do a survey first. is it just a scam?

    Most probably yes. Anything that asks you to do a survey first to gain access to content is most probably a scam. You could try it but I don't recommend it.

    Anything asking you to fill in a survey is always going to be a scam.

    surveys usually mean trojans.

    also, even if there was something that generates codes behind this link, it could not generate codes.

    codes are activated when nintendo ships them out, meaning of all the 9999 9999 9999 (9999?) possible combinations (i dont remember how long those codes actually were back on the wii.) theres only ever a certain percentage activated at all. and finding those combinations, you might as well just type in random numbers.

    I'm closing this, if it's a scam it will protect you (probably from virus)
    if it's real, it's illegal.
