Gaming is this a good deal for a 3ds?

Any 3ds with a serial number lower than that should work. The list just shows which colors/models were released before the 5.0 update.

Bro i need help again , i went to the shop and i found no 3ds with the CW code in the beginning , i found some with CE and CS , now what do i do . I'm in Urgency so please try to reply as quickly as possible .

What is the region the 3ds are you trying to buy (look here if you aren't sure)? The serial numbers I listed were for North American 3ds systems. The wiki shows the serial numbers for other regions as well:

For Europe "any <= SEx1153xxxx x or SUx1035xxxx x Nintendo Serial Number should come with <= 4.5.0. "

My country is not listed here but Saudi Arabia is written in the list of 3ds for North America and it is very close to our country . I should search in some other shops for the North American 3ds because there is chance that i may find one?
