Hello guys, i just download ReverseNX , and before start The Witcher 3 with oc , my fan go to 100%. Its really dissgusting hear that, and i want know is there is a program to control the fan speed

Why so toxic? I just asking, becuase I want to know if is possible that using reverse nx in dock mode. I only want to play with less loud and yes i know the temperatures go up but no so higher, like 60C with 50 or 60% of speed fan.
Thanks.............

It never is safe
Seems to me you know nothing much bout IT stuffs and what these components and SoC can withstand.

Its totally safe so long the switch don't sustain more than 104°C+ from the SoC (indicated by Nvidia) and >70°C+ for PCB(no more than 65°C to be safest)

From what I noticed the switch is programmed with 2 different fan profiles as the fan runs lower in docked mode compared to handheld mode with the "same" temperature as it's programmed to run very aggressively in handheld whenever the SoC goes beyond 52-53°C+ it goes 100% compared to only 30-40%+ in docked mode with just 61°C+ as seen from Tesla Overlay.

All my mobile phones running high end snapdragon series had already been running 50°C+ in gaming for long and there hasn't been any problem at all. It'd be a joke if you tell me it's never safe for switch to do the same.

They're both the same with how aggressive they are, except in handheld it's capped at 67%.

Not for my switch. It runs exceptionally quiet in docked mode compared to handheld with max OC
This data comes from 10.1.0-1:

tc!tskin_rate_table_handheld = [[-1000000, 40000, 0, 0], [36000, 43000, 51, 51], [43000, 48000, 51, 102], [48000, 53000, 102, 153], [53000, 1000000, 153, 153], [48000, 1000000, 153, 153]]
tc!tskin_rate_table_console = [[-1000000, 40000, 0, 0], [36000, 43000, 51, 51], [43000, 53000, 51, 153], [53000, 58000, 153, 255], [58000, 1000000, 255, 255]]

Which translates to (temps are tskin):
handheld:
-1000C to 40C: 0%
36C to 43C: 20%
43C to 48C: 20% to 40%
48C to 53C: 40% to 60%
53C to 1000C: 60%

docked:
-1000C to 40C: 0%
36C to 43C: 20%
43C to 53C: 20% to 60%
53C to 58C: 60% to 100%
58C to 1000C: 100%

ive only had a switch for about two weeks and using it for about a week, the dock is my main worry about good airflow especially during hot / muggy weather like today. it's not designed well for this purpose apart from securing the console, i'm gonna go for those diy replacement dock cases that you put the original board in, then at least all vents are clear of restrictions.

this code only controls "skin" temperature and not SoC and PCB which is irrelevant..

No he won't. It will just turn itself off for overheating...

yeah and if you turn it back on without letting it cool it WILL over heat and burn. As is the case with ALL consoles that shutdown due to overheating, turn them on to quickly and they will be perma damaged. This is extremely common knowledge.
