ROM Hack Is there anyway to take a game save that's saved on the 3DS and transfer it to a cartridge?

Yes, absolutely. You can use NTR1/NTR2 and its' save plugin.

You'll need an old3DS and a 4.5 sysNAND and 4.5 emuNAND of for the former.

The latter is for new3DS only and requires a copy of Cubic Ninja.

Nope. Both methods on o3DS (Palantine CFW, NTR-CFW) require 4.5.
NTR-CFW 2.0+ is the only one that supports newer firmware but that one is for n3DS only.
