Hacking Is there anyway to convert a CIA into a .3DS file?

so i heard its possible to do so but i wanna try to get the pokemon moon cia running on sky3ds. Anyone have any idea how to do so? Also if anyone knows how and is willing to do it for me we could add me on discord or something

Yes, there is a way to convert a cia into a 3ds file but it will only work in gateway 3ds
