Gaming is there any way to make an english patch of a psp game?

hey. I have not seen a thread like this so I was wondering if there was any way to make an english translation of a psp game. I've seen so many translation threads in the DS section but hardly any for psp.

the one I'm thinking is Jitsuwa Kaidan: Shinmimi Bukuro - Ichi no Shou.

it's fairly old so if anything it shouldn't be that hard to get into it

there's a some translation for the psp as well, so it's possible, however the file structure is harder than those of the ds
