There is a program called noAmii that does this, its in its early stages of development and doesn't work well yet.
There is TagMo that is built by the same guy, but it is used to write Amiibo bin files to NTAG215 NFC Cards and taggs, this is your best bet at this time, the tags come in card form, Same size and shape as credit cards, And stickers that are round and about 2 inches in diameter.
