Hacking Is there an ARM9.BIN editor?

is my question not simple enough? TTMenu & YSMenu doesnt satisfy me lol. I've "extracted" ttmenu into some ARM files. what now? Im going to check it out in a hex editor, but odds are i will see NOTHING lol. any help?

arm9 and arm7 files with a .bin extension are the binary code itself although they can and frequently do contain text, images and other niceties rather than just raw code and on occasion can be compressed on top of that.
Yasu does not like spread code and does not publish sources from what I have seen so I would not be surprised if things are made harder to hack.

If you want a disassembler then you have a few options. Crystaltile2 http://gbatemp.net/t232718-crystaltile2-2010-06-12 , ndsdis2 http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA018359/nds/ndshack.html , various emulators (desmume is a good start) and I could list more but there is no real point.

Otherwise a general purpose arm9 editor means very little.
