Hacking is there a way to patch this?

i download the text file.

also someone on reddit told me to do this but.... it did not work.

here's what one guy told me to do.

1. don't follow his guide but you need his modded pv_db.txt
   
   
2. You also need to install rePatch plugin and install it via Autoplugin or manually (repatch readme | autoplugin readme)
   
   
3. install your game/game updates/dlc (you can skip this since you have already done this)
   
   
4. copy the pv_db.txt to ux0:rePatch/PCSE00326/rom/ (you need to create these folders)
   
   
5. Run the game, and if you did everything right, you should see the translated lyrics.
   

any help of what i did wrong would be great.
