ROM Hack Is there a way to load a custom save

Like for instance I want to play Mario Kart 7 with my friend who's had the game for a while. Is there a place where I can get a save that unlocks all the karts for me?

Find a save from here or that ISO site. And you can install it with JK's Save manager or some other save manager program.

Linking the ISO site is against the rules. If you're looking for something good for Mario Kart 7 just hit up the search bar with Mario Kart 7 and some good results will come up.
