I'm thinking about to jailbreak my ps3, but is there a way back to the offical firmware or not?

Solution

Update with the OFW 3.55 in recovery menu. I've done it just now. Works like a charm and you can go to other firmwares via this too.

You can "update" with OFW on a USB stick from whats been said
