This is pretty stupid Ik, but do you think there is a boot loader of sorts on the Xbox one? Like, holding the power button and eject at the same time like the Xbox 360 had? Can someone test this for me?

There is a recovery mode that is initiated upon boot to perform offline updates and system resets.
There is a developer mode you can install if you purchase a dev account.
There is retail mode which is normal boot.
Lastly, I suppose you could say there is Insider mode, which is retail but testing out new features.

You can install the Dev Mode but it will be useless if you don't have a Windows Developer account.
I haven't used it in a long time but I remember not being able to push unsigned code anyway, I wasn't even able to push a game test build from Unity and UE4 because the Editors required me to update my developer status (has to be registered as a business for some reason) so I would save the energy, money and time if I were you.

You could get devmode free, I did it but it was awhile ago and it probably doesn't work now, don't even remember how,I just installed it for future needs... have the windows dev license until like 2065 until it expires, it's even listed on my account as a subscription iirc
