Hacking Question Is there a payload for a ofw switch that can extract save data?

Hello! I have a switch on OFW. Ive done RCM via the paperclip exploit and used fusee gelee and made a nand backup via hakate and edited my save date via extracting and injecting my nand backup.
All i want to do is edit my save files. (expept for games like splatoon and smash i know they have a high ban risk) for now Pokemon Sword as i done it before.
But i want to ask if theres a payload or something else that i can use instead of always having to extract the nand backup and inject it again. But nothing that involves CFW or homebrew. because i only have this switch and dont want to be banned from online.

nope I am playing pokemon sword and shield on 2 diff switches in atmosphere online. I have not been banned. I did saves editing with EdiZon. my games are on game carts.

alright thanks man! ill just stick with the backup method then for safties.

Anything hack related will pretty much require a switch to be on cfw
