Hardware Is there a List by Serial for IPS/Dual IPS Screens ?

I am not from the USA (Germany)
After I sold my New 3DS XL I would try to get a new 3DS XL with Dual IPS and a Firmware under 11.0 (in the Local Store called "Media Markt" the 2nd one is really easy =))
I found these Threads with Serials of the Nintendo and their Firmwares but is there something like that/an Addition to that ,where I can find Dual IPS 3DS's by Serial ?

I know that Thread already but from where do I know for example what Display the N3DS XL with the Serial: QEH105794170 has ?
(He has Top IPS bottom TN)(It's my broken one)

I never came across such thread, but I can guarantee you that a N3DS Super Mario 3D Land Edition with serials YW7010/YW7011 is 100% Dual IPS and 10.7.

If you buy at official resellers. I bought mine from the brazillian version of ebay. Was the 3rd lowest price I've ever seen.
