and if you just pressed a button (like the shoulders) it would be too slow to time anything since you need to shoot them fast on bosses and stuff

Calling Other M a TPS is as right as saying Prime is a FPS...DarkFocus said:and if not is it possible/is anyone working on it?
playing a TPS with the d pad kind of sucks...
hughjass said:I doubt it, certainly not without reprogramming the whole game, with would take more effort than it would be worth. Seriously, why do people ask dumb questions like this? Think about it, you just expect someone out there to sit and reprogram a whole game, because the controls are a bit annoying for you? Sure, if you are willing to pay them an hourly rate, then someone might. Otherwise, forget about it.

Even then, you?l keep the problem of first person mode, sinde your permanently pointing your wii-mote at the screen.Zetta_x said:As DarkFocus has pointed out. It's a pretty simple project of using a gecko script like code to remap the buttons so the game recognizes a different button as if it were using the original controller. Reprogramming of the game would be a waste of time.
For the DS, it's even possible to remap buttons to touch screen coordinates
Someone clearly doesn't know how the software works, the nuchuk is a separate device to the wiimote (different reading routine) and the stick is analog instead of digital. You can't just hexedit a few bytes or slap a gecko patch on it.DarkFocus said:someone clearly doesn't know how controllers work all it would take is a simple remapping of the d pad to the chucks analog stick not reprogramming the whole game...
