Is there a bubble game for the DS? I mean a game where you should a bubble from the bottom to the top and you have to connect three bubbles of the same colour. I mean something like Bubble Witch Saga on Facebook. On the Wii there is a bubble game but I couldn't find anything for the DS.

You could try Puzzle Bobble DS. I'm not sure if it's got a US/EUR release, but Puzzle Bobble is the Japanese name of the Bust-a-Move series...so even if it were in Japanese, it would be easy to pick up and go.

Edit: I'm looking on Wikipedia and, no, it didn't get a US release. The only DS Puzzle Bobble games we even got were Hippatte!! Puzzle Bobble (Bust-a-Move DS) and Space Puzzle Bobble (Space Bust-a-Move).
Even if the menus are in total Japanese, it'll still be easy enough to navigate if you just pick random options and try everything out (which is what I did with Utacchi, a music game where all the menus are in total Japanese).
