I've recently started using Code Manager with Gecko and found it very easy to use. I understand that there are a few cheat apps out there, but are any of them better than the others and if so, how? Added features beyond applying cheats, etc.?

No techno-jargon please as I don't understand it, I'm fairly inexperienced with Wii softmodding.

All the Code Managers are made for only one thing: convert code from .txt files into a .gct file, which is then used to activate cheat codes within games. So, no, there probably isn't anything better than the other, as they all do the same thing.
