Is there 3DS App that allows you to edit Amiibo data for Super Smash bro 4 where the values can be changed to legitimate values and certain skills can be put on?
I found Smash Amiibo Cheat Tool but it can only edit values to 200 for everything and it doesn't seem to change much else.
