Yup. If you buy it brand new it should be on OFW 5.70. All you have to do is update it to 6.20 PRO-5. You can also make the hack permanent bu using applying a patch. Alternatively you could use 6.35 PRO-5 which but that's temp CFW which is basically the same as 6.20 PR-5 but I'd say 6.20 is the way to go as its permanent.
