Is the Nioh Collection Worth $40?

I got the first game via PS Plus, with none of DLCs. I loved it - I think it's the best Soulslike not made by FROM, and the combat is actually head and shoulders taller. I see that the Nioh Collection (the two games with all DLCs included) is at $40 currently. What do you guys think - yay or nay?

You're referring just to Nioh 1 (also, what about the many DLCs) or together with Nioh 2? If so, did you get them in a bundle during a sale?
