I am testing a way to downgrade for the 3ds and I want to ask if the Nandmin.bin backed up from Decrypt9WIP on 3ds 11.2 is the same as if I hardmodded my 3ds and took the nand backup from here to apply FIRM downgrade on 11.2(don't ask how I got Decrypt9WIP to work on unhacked 3ds 11.2)?

Unless you're using a private arm11/arm9 exploit for 11.2 I highly doubt it :p

NANDmin.bin is smaller NAND size. Hardmod dumps full NAND. Either will work, also I call bullshit on your access...

Why,because, you wouldn't be asking such a question if so. Also, you wouldn't be talking about hardmod, you would go straight to downgrading...

It is because I didn't know that Decrypt9 would be almost the same as hardmod.
