ROM Hack Is save editing on Pokémon Picross possible?

Hi everyone,

I think you all are aware how annoying it is when you're stuck in a game and you're forced to pay to continue... At least Pokémon Picross is like that.

I was wondering, is there a possibility to edit my save of Pokemon Picross so I don't have to wait to continue?

I'm running fw. 11E, (V*)haxx is my exploit to enter the hbc.

Edit: I've searched but nothing really helped me out.

No it doesn't, that is just really old info from when 3ds having was at a different state and only sdf could get this games save. Now it can be done from the hbc with some mmap files I think (I haven't tested this method myself since I have a fully hacked system but know it works)

Just get your save them edit it on a computer with the offset from that thread.

I was told you can do it with SVDT on the latest firmware with custom XML files, but nobody told me how, so I didn't update the tutorial :')
If somebody gives me instructions, I can update it with them <3

I used this before, if you can run homebrew or are in a CFW yu can do it with no problem XD

Is that a save extractor..? Sorry even though I look like I know quite a bit, I actually am completely new.

1. Download ZIP
   
2. Place the mmap folder at the root of your 3DS SD card.
3. Place boot.3dsx on at the root of the SD card, replacing any existing one.

4.Then use svdt to backup the save. Happy cheating XD

So I just extracted my save with JKSM's save extractor, edited my save according to @ScarletKohaku 's tutorial and IT WORKED! I'm so happy!

My JKSM is crashing when I select Pokémon Picross. My n3ds is 11.0U. I'm trying to do it with HBL, how did u do that?

How do this work?

I've tried following the instructions above, but nothing works
I keep getting yellow screens, and a very long green one at first.
