I don't know about anyone else but ever since online flashcard sellers stopped using paypal I haven't used them since... I just don't trust people from China who deal in such a shady business with my card information.

well, its not illegal to buy a flash card (in the states at least) and there is a LOT of protection against fraudulent charges, so even if they do get your credit card information you can get it fixed really quick and really easily. Where with paypal you run the risk of losing your money and never getting the card.

Safe for the business? Who knows. If paypal acctually tracks R4 dealers through their transactions, then they're probably screwed.
But regardless of them being screwed or not, you'd still have an R4. Assuming the site is legit (though even if it isn't, your bases are covered through paypal).

agreed 100%. afaik paypal may freeze their accounts before they can withdraw, but you shouldnt affect any of your money. either way, if you do dodgy business, you should be man enough to deal with the consequences.

out of curiosity, i bought about 10 days ago from http://r4-3.com/ using paypal and received today. shit looks fine, but i will only be able to test later. and no, i'm not affiliated with ANY website, just sharing the fact that these guys take paypal.
