Is NDS-central reliable?

OK, so I want to buy a matte black shock case for my DS Lite. I'll only use the top cover of the case to mod my cobalt blue DS into a full matte black one

. I just want to know if NDS-central.com is reliable and if I should order from them. Otherwise, are there any other stores that carry this?
