I have a ps3 cech-2101b on firmware 4.70 is there a way to downgrade it to 3.55 to install a cfw without a flasher/cobra?

Easiest way is to just buy a 3.55 ps3 off eBay or something. Flashers cost what they cost. Plus there's the actual install and downgrade process.
Or you could find someone with a flasher to downgrade it for you.

Well, its sorta of a waste to buy another ps3 when i already have one. And buying another one would cost more than the flasher itself LOL.
