This collection has Butoden 2 which released as VC outside of Japan, but how did they do it?
I've heard that this and Butoden are either ports or an emulator of some sorts considering the feature set they have,
I've also heard from a user who posted long ago that there's NES and SNES ROMS lurking in code.bin.
