Yeah, probably..
It's discontinued in production, so there probably won't be any firmware updates..

There are some rumors that R4 will release one last update, but it's highly doubtful..

Time for you to get a new flashcart! I recommend CycloDS, Supercard DS1, or now since the Sakura firmware is out, M3 DS Real. Either way, you're best off getting a new flash cart.

I cant afford a new flash cart, Also I'm in Canada and there hard to come by up here =O
