Misc Is it safe (11.5 Cfw'd new-3ds)

I heard a bit about the banwaves and stuff and im just wonder is it safe to be online in games like pokemon, mario kart, etc
i have 2 luma cfw 3ds's 1 new 1 old
both are boot9strap luma 8.1
the new is on 11.5.0.38E (updated yesterday) and the old is still on 11.2
is it safe to go online with these devices.... or is it even possible to say yes or no

well we not sure our the bans work in the first place really, some people say if you don't this or that you wouldnt be banned.

i was banned but never went online.

plus this section is not for your question. you should have used the hacking section.

Using custom-made CIAs and save editors increase your probability of being banned.
Also be sure to not show the software you're using and disable sending informations to Nintendo about your gameplays.
Don't cheat online or you will be banned 99%.
I've never been banned, i use custom cias and save manager, and have disabled these things

The update is safe to download. BootNTR still works. Make sure to turn off spotpass to prevent a ban if you're not using a public seed. People are dumb and will cause the public seed to be ban so try to stick with a private one

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but I'd like to say that you're most likely safe from what I've read. Just don't go doing risky shit and you'll be fine.

well i don't exactly use sites like this often so i wasn't really familiar of what i should say but in future i will do that
