Is it possible for the 3DS games to be made into DS roms, I am not sure this is possible, but I think it could be because U can play the 3DS games in 2D so any suggestions?

No. The 3DS's processor is way more powerful than the DS's. If you've ever played a 3DS, you would know that the graphics are much better. So yeah, it's next to impossible.
