Is it possible to patch latest update of SongPop Party to work on modded switch?

So I have V1.1.1 which works on my modded switch, it bypasses Nintendo online check and I can play with 8 people, connect phones etc, similar to the jackbox games. A new update came out in July but it hasnt been patched or they removed the ability for it to work on a modded switch. Where would you even go to get a patch of this or if there is a way to patch it myself?

Just DO NOT update the game past 1.1.1 (v131072) to any newer version.
Use only the v131072 (1.1.1) game update, it works fine online with CFW and 0-ed SN for me right now:
