Hacking Is it possible to delete or remove programs from the 3ds desktop without entering system settings?

I am using reinand v3.3 on emunand 10.7u and I was wondering if it is at all possible to delete or remove programs from the desktop without entering system settings. Is there a homebrew cia program that can get access to all the programs running on the 3ds? Perhaps CTRXplorer is capable of doing that?

FBI can, just cycle to remove title.

Also, be very VERY sure you know the title ID that you are deleting. I accidentally deleted native_firm once. Luckily I was able to fix the issue without a hardmod, just triple check.

is possible with xplorer, but it's not a good option.(It only delete the encrypted game files under Nintendo 3DS dir.

I should have said that I don't want to remove just the cia apps but the apps pre installed by Nintendo.

please go search the title id for system apps.
and press R 2 times to switch to delete titles mode after you enter fbi

I see all the titles listed but unfortunately fbi is not show the full number of the titles, so I think I will hide the apps on the desktop and not delete the wrong thing.

I recently deleted the wrong titles on my 3DS. Now I just get a black screen on boot. I'm not sure what needs to be done to get it back to life. All I know is that it's not bricked because I was able to test out an A9LH payload on a fresh SD card. Any thoughts?

Restoring a backup or use the CTRNAND 9.2 transfer option in Plailect's guide then re-update if you have no backup.

Alright so I got the "Mother 3 english translation" with other fixes CIA from Hshop and whenever it calls any file having to do with it (opening the "delete software" part of settings, FBI, or just putting the cursor over the game on the home screen) it crashes my New 2ds xl. I'm going to try to attempt to pull the files that cause the crash directly out of the SD card from my pc. Can anyone guide me through that?
