Is it possible to create .xdelta from an exe or a folder? I'm trying to port my ff7 steam translation into psx and psp eboot version. I saw steam eng translation into ps1 psp eboot but my translation not english, french or spanish etc so please dont say it already has those languages. I can upload the files if you ask but for now here the files i want to create

in field folder there is; flevel.lgp
in wm folder there is world_us.lgp
in lang-en folder there are 3 folder called battle, kernel and movies like this;
in battle folder there is scene.bin
in kernel folder there are kernel.bin, kernel2.bin and windows.bin
in movies folder there are ending2.avi and jenova_e.avi (Yes we translated these two video too)
Basically im trying to create xdelta patch for all these files and port this translation into psx-psp eboot ff7. Any help?
