Have an intervention. Seriously. I'm not kidding. MMORPGs can be as addictive as any drug. And if he's that young he probably doesn't even think he's doing anything wrong. MMORPGs eat your life.

If he isn't too computer-literate then just put his computer out of commission for a while or something.
Go to his network settings and set it to a bogus IP, that way he cant even connect to the internet.

You could overdose him - 14 straight hours on a quest made my cousin quit forever. Get him for a day or something, and tell him to go for the hardest thing he can do.

you can change the ip to a static ip and type in some random number in the DNS option in network settings ( works for wireless too..)
and as he said, he wont be able to connect to internet then.
