Is hoot still the best/only way to rip pc98 music.

Few years ago I grabbed an archive of hoot with lots of pc98 music, it's japanese but I figured out how to record to wav, but it has to be in real time, but good pc98 music on my favorite headphones is crack cocaine to me so I think I will go through the library one day, just wondering if there is an easier way. I know a few channels with uploaded tracks on youtube but that's mostly the well known stuff and I think there is undiscovered gold.
