ROM Hack Is downgrade possible?

I accidentally updated to 9.5.0-23 and I can't use the hacking tools now. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe reset my 3ds?

No, Gateway only supports up to 9.2

Not soon, no. There's an entirely new bug that would have to be discovered for that to happen.
Do yourself a favor and buy a Sky3DS and sell your gateway.

If i am correct even 2 more exploitable bugs. Although the scene is getting more active now, i wouldn`t count on one for a year or so.

Yeah, all we really have are entrypoints by Cubic Ninja and OOT 3D. We have nowhere to go after that basically.

Not without a NAND backup of a prior system version from this 3DS and a hard mod.

You used gateway right? did you back up your nand like your supposed to?
