You could just run the uninstaller...
Or you could install clean versions of every IOS that shows it's rev number as 54321.

I don't want old IOS files in my Wii, it will leave me with out-dated versions.

use modmii, it will overwrite darkcorp as well as update all your other softmods

I used ModMii,

It is now removed, and everything is working fine.
