So I followed this guide to remove cIOSCORP; It is said to work with removing ALL versions.

I followed the guide correctly, and then I ran a SysCheck; and I got the following:
I then went and tried to play a Backup game disc in the Disc channel;
And it worked, which clearly states that it is still in my system?
I am not sure,
Can someone clarify?
